NEGATIVE EFFECTS: EATING PORK


 
 
 
 
Many people have pork as a main dish in their diet program Pork has many negative effects that these people should consider before their next pork meal. These negative effects of eating pork is not simple that one can ignore. Eating pork may lead to heart diseases, breathing diseases, cancer, and in some cases death. In this article, I am going to explain the main negative effects of eating pork.

 

One of the side effects of eating pork is that it may transfer to you very dangerous toxins. Pigs, in general, are much faster in digesting food than cows. This speed in their digesting system leads to store more toxins in the animal body, because the digesting speed is not enough to get rid of all toxins. These toxins stored in the animal body will be transferred to the human body when eating pork. In addition these toxins may lead to heart diseases, or even cancer in some cases. Therefore, you should put this negative effect of eating pork into consideration before your next meal of pork.

 

Another side effect of eating pork is that pork contains parasites cysts which cannot be killed by cooking, but can be transferred to human body. Researchers have found that these parasites is very dangerous on human bodies that may lead to death in some cases.

 

One of the common the common side effects of eating pork between people is Trichinellosis. Trichinellosis is a common disease between people who usually eat pork. This disease is transferred to humans from pigs which is infected by a worm called Trichinella. The symptoms of this disease is vomiting, fever, diarrhea, fatigue, and abdominal pain. This disease may cause heart and breathing problems, and in some cases may lead to death.

 

To sum up, pork has many negative effects that you should consider before eating your next meal. These negative effects may lead to many diseases, and may even lead to death. So, the next question after reading these negative effects of eating pork is, what will you do with the pork meat that is laying in your refrigerator now?
